Cancellation Policy
no call no show or cancellations day of your appointment you are subject to a no-show fee/last minute cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.
Cancellations day before may be subject to 50% fee or forfeiting deposits.
If you’re over 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may need to be reschedule due to scheduling conflict. Let me know if you think you’ll be late, I will do my very best to accommodate but if I’m unable, we can reschedule.
There are no refunds on services rendered.
